Baby massage is a beautiful shared experience between parent and baby, learning how to communicate with your baby through the power of touch.
My name is Helen Plass and I'm a certified infant massage instructor and also a massage therapist, specialising in pregnancy massage. I'm also a busy mum!
The baby massage course I teach is run in accordance with the International Association of Infant Massage. Each baby massage course runs for 4 weeks in Malahide village. Private lessons are also available on request.
We'll be taking a break for a few months as we'll be busy having more babies! The next course is scheduled for October 2011.
Keep an eye on the website as it will be a very exciting time for us. The whole site will be revamped, with exciting new classes planned in October - Mum and Baby Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga in Malahide.
